Return and Exchange Policy

A flexible return and exchange policy gives customers a comfortable experience in shopping.

Returns:

We understand that customers may change their minds!

Customers may initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. However, to qualify for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

• For sealed devices: The factory seal must be intact, and any stickers or markings should not be removed from the product box.
• For accessories and non-sealed products: A full refund is possible even if the item is opened and visually checked, as long as it is in saleable condition (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• Restocking fees: A 5% restocking fee applies to new sealed products. If the product is opened, an “open-box handling fee” of 15% will be deducted from the refund.
• Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and confirm the refund amount to the customer.
• The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the return shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days from the date of return confirmation.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. However, for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide their preferred refund method from the following options: bKash, bank transfer, or Kindle Bangladesh gift cards

 

 

Exchanges:

We always aim to offer flexibility to enhance our customers’ shopping experience. Currently, we accept exchanges only for devices sold by us, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The product has no major physical damages.
• The product is still within its warranty or extended warranty period (calculated from the date of shipment).
• Devices with technical issues (e.g., touch screen malfunctions, battery drainage, dim or blurry display) are eligible for exchange. However, an evaluation fee will be charged based on the device model.(Exact fees will be communicated upon inspection.)
• Exchanges will be offered only for new devices or Kindle Bangladesh gift cards. No cash refunds will be provided in exchange.
• If the requested device is out of stock, it may take up to 45 days to be available. If Kindle Bangladesh is unable to deliver the device within this time, the customer will receive a full refund of the exchange value.
• In-stock exchange devices will be shipped within 7 working days from the confirmation date.
